KUALA LUMPUR, July 22 (Bernama) — The ringgit flat against the U.S dollar in the early trading today on lack of fresh buying, dealers said. At 9am, the local unit almost flat against the greenback at 3.2360/2385 compared with yesterday’s closing of 3.2360/2390.
