June 24 (Bloomberg) — Brazil’s Bovespa index rose for a second day as commodities advanced and the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development said the country is showing signs of an economic recovery.
The Federal Reserve’s assessment that the economy is on the mend gave little comfort to the stock market and bond prices fell after the Fed noted rising prices for commodities.
Commodity prices are expected to be stable and is expected to ease in near future.
Uranium rose to the highest in seven months as energy commodities gained globally.
